CUSTOM PRINTED TAPE Product Details

Polypropylene tape: • Adhesive Systems: Acrylic or Hot Melt • Stock Films: White, Tan or Clear • Ink color(s): Up to 3 ink color with a maximum of 65 LPI (Lines per inch) • Printing Minimums: 1 & 2 colors - minimum of 1 case; 3 colors - minimum of 5 cases • Inks: Prices listed are for one-in color. Add 15% to the base price for 2nd color printed tape.  For the 3 colors add 15% of the second ink color price. • Flood Coating: add 75% to base price • PMS color matching: Add 25% per color to base price • Color films: Add 30% to base price for the following film colors: Red, Yellow, Green,  Blue and Orange

Reinforced Gummed Tape/Kraft Gummed: • Reinforced gummed stock: 5-way bi-directional fiberglass on 1/2" centers • Paper grades: Kraft or White - Coreless rewind • Ink color(s): Up to 6 colors. • Printing Minimums: 1 & 2 colors - minimum of 1 case; 3 colors - minimum of 5 cases, 4, 5, 6 colors - minimum of 11 cases (please contact our office for 4-5-6 color printing) • Inks: Prices listed are for one ink color. Partial cases  must be accepted. • Price is F.O.B. shipping point with freight pre-paid to one destination on orders of  $1,500 or more east of the Rockies or $2,000 or more west of the Rockies within the  United States. ACYRLIC/HOT MELT: WHITE/TAN OR CLEAR (Certificate of compliance with FDA and other related safety standards.) All of our clear, tan, and white printed tape products meet FDA specifications 175.105 and 177.1520. These tapes can be safely used in packaging, transporting or holding food when the tape is in indirect contact with food. Furthermore these clear, tan and white printed tape products, in terms of hazardous substances (including heavy metals) content, comply with the following safety standards for children during contact and ingestion:1)ASTM F963-95 (published 3/95); 2)CFR16 (published 1/1/95); 3)ANSI z66.1-1964 (R 1972); 4) European toy standard EN 71.3 (published 12/88)
